waikuku beach

hello, after a visite to the kiwi project in Christchurch we are know at Waikuku beach north of Christchurch. We are staying with Jo Kane and that is superb, she has been taking us for walks along the beautifull beach, had a swim in the pacific and a talk to local people of the village, laying at the beach and we went to the waiwakariri river and could go with a jetboat on the river it was fantastic. The landscape there was very nice but we didn't have a wow feeling till now about the landscape. The big WOW feeling we have is about the people they are really wow. Thank you Jo for taking care of us and let us feel at home
